About the Role:Multiple Customer Sales Consultants are sought to assist with online and phone sales enquiries. The successful candidates will be based at Warwick Farm.
- Action inbound internet and phone leads within reasonable time frames.
- Provide exceptional customer service and understand customer needs.
- Communicate frequently with customers where necessary.
- Utilize CRM systems to enter customer details and pass enquiries to respective sales departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with departments across franchises, locations, and areas of the business.
- A desire to meet objectives and reach new heights is essential.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Experience handling high volumes of customer enquiries and targets is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner are crucial.
- Strong computer literacy, including internet and social media, is necessary.
- A positive attitude is key to success.
- The ability to work independently but also effectively within a team is vital.
