Ecological Consultant Role

Seeking an ambitious individual to accelerate their career in ecology as a consultant. Collaborative and dedicated team environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ecological field data collation and analysis (flora, fauna, habitat)
  • Prepare equipment, maps, and logistics for ecological field surveys
  • Participate in diverse environmental and project types fieldwork
  • Conduct background research and summarise findings to support project planning
  • Contribute to technical report drafting and formatting
Requirements:
  • Degree in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Science or related discipline.
  • Field experience in flora surveys, ecological monitoring, or assessments (university, volunteering or consultancy).
  • 1-2 years' experience in ecological consulting, bush regeneration, or similar industry related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
