\Key Responsibilities\
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality clinical care and services that meet the needs of residents
  • Maintain sound clinical governance and effective operations while fostering a relationship-centred environment
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • A Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship-based care
  • Strong coaching and training skills with the ability to positively influence other healthcare workers
  • Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents
