Key Responsibilities- Provide critical medical care and coordination for ICU/HDU patients, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Assist in the resuscitation and transport of critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise to deliver timely and effective care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and audits, driving continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing education and collaboration, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in medicine and healthcare.
- Uphold the values of hospitality, healing, stewardship, and respect in patient care and team interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Hold full registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and ethics.
- Be a current member of a Medical Defence Organisation, showcasing your dedication to protecting your practice and reputation.
- Be in your 4th or 5th year towards specialization level, indicating your ambition and drive to advance your career.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork attitude and skills, effectively collaborating with colleagues and patients alike.
- Display strong knowledge and practice of clinical governance, risk management, and best practice standards, upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Show adaptability, flexibility, and a patient-centric orientation in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment, prioritizing the needs of patients and families.
