Intensive Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intensive Care Physician to join our team.

  • This role will involve leading and managing patient care in the ICU, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, taking into account complex medical conditions and emergencies.
  • Mentoring and educating junior medical staff on best practices and protocols for managing critically ill patients is also a key aspect of this role.
  • To succeed in this position, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in intensive care medicine, applying evidence-based practice to patient care.
Requirements
  • An advanced postgraduate qualification in Medicine or a related field is essential.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is also required.
  • Experience working in an ICU setting, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
