Flight Attendant Opportunities in Aviation

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time solo flight attendants based in Brisbane. As a solo Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

The role offers a great work-life balance along with competitive remuneration and includes working on weekends, public holidays, shift work, which includes early starts & late finishes, and some nights spent away from home.

As a solo Flight Attendant, you will manage your own cabin and have the opportunity to provide a caring and personalized service while traveling to some of Australia's most unique destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment/security checks
  • In-flight announcements
  • In-flight food & beverage service
  • Cleaning duties
  • Handling various situations that may occur in the cabin on your own
Requirements:
  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Be no taller than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Be able to demonstrate that you have completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or worked in the UK, Ireland or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5.
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (a swim assessment is required)
  • Be flexible; working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods
  • Have a high level of personal presentation
  • Have a natural willingness to please and care for people
