Claims Team Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our claims team and drive enhancements in service quality, claims performance, and team effectiveness.

This key role oversees daily claims operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of services aligned with our purpose and strategy.

  • Develop high-quality member-focused claims services aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain team performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide technical support for complex claims and ensure compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Cultivate team members' skills, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Manage financial performance and ensure cost-effective claims outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective claims resolution and champion continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.

The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in general insurance claims and customer service, exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, and a passion for innovation and delivering excellent outcomes for members.
