We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
- Manage the team and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
