The Connections Program aims to improve continuity of care for patients in public correctional centres with drug and alcohol problems.

You'll work closely with community networks and utilise expertise in Drug and Alcohol treatment approaches to link patients into services appropriate to their needs.

We offer additional allowances, salary packaging benefits, fitness passport, and fantastic training & education opportunities available. This is a vaccination category A position, proof of vaccination required.
