Completions Specialist

The role of Completions Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of documentation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update a completions database to guarantee all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for team members.
  • Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of commissioning documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the commissioning team.
  • Assist in generating daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Track and close punch list items and non-conformances.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a CMS system, preferably in oil & gas and/or mining, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to expand and share knowledge and work with a well-established team of industry professionals.
