Job Title

We are seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering supported playgroups for families with young children across the Gannawarra Shire.

  • Create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes early learning, strengthens parent-child relationships and connects families to community services and supports.

This involves working closely with families to identify their needs and provide support and guidance to help them access community resources and services.

Families will have access to a range of activities and services including:

  • Early childhood education and care
  • Parenting programs and workshops
  • Community connections and networking opportunities

To succeed in this role you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of the needs of families with young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
