We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients, fast-growing Federal Government Departments, as Case Managers.

About the Position:

As a Case Manager, you will work by managing a caseload to assess available information against legislative criteria and NDIA policy to determine a resolution. This will include working collaboratively with stakeholders and participants to progress matters timely and accurately.

  • Competitive Hourly Pay Rates $55-$60 per hour + superannuation
  • Stable Full Time Hours, CBD location
  • Long-term contract with potential extensions available

About You:

  • A strong background in case management, disability and administration is essential
  • Good judgment for assessing risk and associated decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS policies and guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders in challenging circumstances
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Exceptional report writing skills
  • Experience preparing documents for case management meetings
  • Experience assessing and responding to risks

Please note: For Federal Government opportunities, you must be an Australian Citizen and clearances will be conducted if successful.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in case management, disability and administration, good judgment for assessing risk and associated decision-making, strong knowledge of NDIS policies and guidelines, strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders in challenging circumstances, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, exceptional report writing skills, experience preparing documents for case management meetings, and experience assessing and responding to risks.
