Program Management Leader

The successful candidate will oversee regional infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with standards and policies. Key outcomes are expected to be achieved by the Regional Director through effective program management leadership.

This role requires a strategic leader who can provide expert advice on program management to District Directors and Program Managers. Project progress must be monitored and reported against priorities.

Developing relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and the community, as well as leading public consultation activities, is crucial for this position. Investigating and resolving complex project issues, and preparing related reports, is also essential.

Mandatory Qualifications
  • A four-year, Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) is mandatory.
  • A current 'Class C' driver license is necessary.
