Job Opportunity: We are seeking passionate chefs to work in our remote Oil & Gas mobile camps in Queensland.

About the Role: As a chef, you will be the culinary heart of the camp, serving up high-quality, nutritious meals for 8 - 35 field staff. You'll work independently and report directly to the Camp Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and serve high-quality, nutritious meals
  • Manage the kitchen solo - prep, cook, clean, and assist with ordering supplies
  • Follow strict food safety and HSE procedures
  • Pitch in with laundry, cleaning, and meal transport as needed

Requirements:

  • Commercial cookery or food safety qualifications
  • Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and extended periods away from home
