Civil Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our team at CGC Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the supervision and management of site personnel and plant, as well as managing sub-contractors to ensure construction activities are completed according to the construction program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage site personnel and plant to ensure safe and efficient construction activities
  • Manage sub-contractors to ensure compliance with construction program and specifications
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest possible standard and performed in a safe manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years civil construction supervision experience in subdivision projects
  • Intermediate survey skills
  • Working knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement, and road construction
  • Plant and equipment knowledge
  • Understanding of machinery capabilities
  • Understanding and implementation of OH&S and Environmental controls and work practices
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Construction white card
  • Drivers' license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Permanent Australian working rights
