Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in delivering sustainable commercial outcomes for clients driving change in water, energy and urbanisation.


This role will involve successfully completing infrastructure asset management projects using knowledge of the sector and maximising industry contacts.


Responsibilities
  • Develop or lead data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset intensive organisations.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best in class solutions for clients.

Qualifications
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Mining, manufacturing or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management, maintenance, operations environment.
  • Extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
  • Experience in Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with technical and commercial performance on projects.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach.
  • Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills.
  • A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance.
