Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud and Infrastructure Specialist to manage our cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

Evaluate the performance, security, and compliance of all systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide support for hybrid operations, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Lead or contribute to cloud solution design, system deployment, and integration projects.
  • Monitor and resolve security vulnerabilities, infrastructure risks, and performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, network diagrams, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and security maintenance.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Apply ITIL practices to incident, change, and problem management.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to compliance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Proven expertise in cloud architecture, cost optimization, and security best practices.
  • Experience in system design, deployment, and project delivery.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL service management model.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
