NTE Security Expert for APAC Region

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This team supports data centers and servers, storage, networking, power and cooling equipment to ensure customers have access to innovation.
As a Senior Security Program Manager, you'll join a diverse team of engineers, specialists and experts working on challenging problems with thousands of variables. You'll collaborate across AWS to deliver safety and security while providing capacity at the lowest cost for customers.
Selected individuals will be responsible for overseeing security system installs, managing operational physical security of multiple facilities and evaluating gaps in the overall security posture. This role requires driving innovation, fostering collaboration and ensuring ongoing protection of remote operations.
The incumbent will also lead efforts to standardize regional security practices and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance metrics.
- Leading and coordinating regional security build projects
- Developing action plans to address security situations
- Creating and managing key performance metrics to monitor and improve the security posture
- Overseeing and collaborating with security service providers

Job Requirements- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level Excel skills and SQL knowledge
