About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at WalkMe. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, champions, and economic buyers
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, services, and technical account management, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor customer health and identify risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their digital adoption goals and recommend solutions to achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success, account management, or post-sales relationship management
  • Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota
  • Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention in a technical product environment
  • High competency in sales discovery methodologies and ability to run return on investment discussions
