D365 CRM Developer - Expert in Power Platform Solutions
This is a unique opportunity to join a development stream as a D365 CRM Developer and drive the quality implementation of CRM solutions.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will work closely within the team to ensure the technical delivery of the solution and maintain accountability among the development team. As a technical expert, they will serve as the go-to person for development projects and participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CRM) applications
- Apply knowledge of technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects
- Manage onshore and offshore development teams, being accountable for code quality, best-practice adherence, and velocity
- Serve as a technical expert on development projects
- Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design
Requirements:
- Practical experience in developing customised Dynamics 365/CRM/Model-driven app/Power Platform solutions
- Managing CI/CD Pipelines
- Advanced understanding of relational database concepts
- Ability to connect with clients and lead a team to reach their goals
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
- Hands-on experience with implementing one or more Microsoft first-party Dynamics 365 products (e.g. Sales, Customer Service), Power Pages, Power Apps (canvas apps)
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse extensibility including plugins, .Net, integration patterns, PCF, JavaScript/TypeScript, and other related technologies
- Highly desirable: experience implementing and using Microsoft Azure DevOps for ALM of Power Platform solutions, including Git/repos and Pipelines
