At CG TECH, we empower organisations to unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Power Platform & Power BI Consultant to join our high-performance team and deliver real value to customers across industries.
About the RoleAs a Power Platform & Power BI Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and related technologies. You'll work directly with clients, running workshops, building solutions, and supporting adoption — all while contributing to our reputation for quality and innovation.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deliver apps, automations, and dashboards using Power Platform and Power BI
Run customer workshops, gather requirements, and translate into technical solutions
Support the adoption of modern workplace tools across Microsoft 365
Document technical and user-facing deliverables, and support operational handover
Work both independently and collaboratively in a self-managing environment
Engage with a variety of clients, both remotely and occasionally on-site
Explore opportunities with Microsoft Fabric and broader Data Platform tools
What You Bring3+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Experience with Dataverse, MS SQL, and the Power Platform security model
Exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams
Experience deploying solutions across environments and managing the app lifecycle
Strong consulting and communication skills – you're confident in front of customers
Understanding of Agile delivery using tools like DevOps or Jira
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Power Apps Portals - Desirable
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
Reside in Australia (remote role with occasional travel as required)
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
Able to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
