About the Role

At our Greek-inspired street food restaurant, we are seeking 2 experienced supervisors to lead and support team members during shifts. They will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating staff to deliver top performance while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team members during shifts and assist in rostering and managing shift coverage.
  • Train and motivate staff to improve performance and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Act as the key point of contact between team members and management and provide shift reports and updates on store performance.

Requirements

  • Strong supervisor experience and leadership skills to motivate and lead a young team.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to enforce food safety regulations.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Training and development experience is desirable.
  • Able to work as a team with a friendly attitude and genuine passion for the fast food industry.
