The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Project Leader to lead our development team across the full project lifecycle, from acquisition through to delivery. As the key figure in driving growth and success, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, maintain strategic external relationships, and foster high-value partnerships.

  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive high-value collaborations that contribute to the company's continued success.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the development team through all project phases, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope, while identifying, mitigating, and managing risks.
  • Financial Planning: Create and manage development forecasts and budgets to guarantee financial viability and success.

About You

You will bring extensive experience in property development and project management, with a strong understanding of local planning laws, cost planning, and forecasting. Your exceptional leadership skills, combined with your ability to deliver high-quality projects, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth.
