As a highly skilled Operations Shift Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure exceptional safety, quality, attendance, and performance in our Adelaide, South Australia Delivery Station.
- You will motivate, mentor, and coach your team to achieve business objectives by leveraging your expertise in operations management.
- Maintain rigorous Health and Safety standards while promoting a culture of wellness within the workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that drive business success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement Lean tools to optimize workflows.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to meet operational needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
