As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will lead and develop educational programs while fostering children's learning and development. You will collaborate with our Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to deliver high-quality educational practices. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to create an environment where you can thrive.

The Role:

- Must have a Diploma in ECEC or working towards and 3 years experience in a similar role
- Receive regular support from our Curriculum Leader
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs for children aged 0-1 year old
- We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible

About the Position:

- Based in Adelaide
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old
- Utilise digital platforms to enhance communication with families about their child's development
- Our single-story service is located within walking distance to local shops
- A strong management team will coach and guide you through your career

About You:

- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards (Essential)
- Be available to work 4-5 days a week
- Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 3 years
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understand the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging learning programs
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
