Senior Commercial Director Role

We seek an experienced Senior Commercial Director to join our Advisory Services team in Brisbane. You will utilise your network and expertise to drive commercial projects statewide, providing strategic advice to clients planning, delivering and investing in major infrastructure and development projects.

  • Provide critical commercial and technical guidance to clients on major public and private sector infrastructure & development projects.
  • Establish frameworks and oversee the execution of governance, procurement, tendering, assessments, and approvals of major Government and private sector infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct thorough commercial, technical, and operational due diligence of infrastructure assets; and
  • Support claims and disputes, as well as other expert services engagements.
About You

You will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Commerce, Law, Management or Engineering; and

  • A strong understanding and proven experience with stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to multi-disciplinary audiences, including senior executive-level clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work cooperatively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with major infrastructure or services transactions using varying contracting models.
  • Ability to manage and grow business relationships; and
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
