We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with our values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, toileting and grooming while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
- Assist with mobility support, including helping residents with walking, using mobility aids or transferring between different positions.
- Monitor health and report any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
- Support residents with their dietary requirements and assist them in the process of eating.
- Keep accurate records of care provided, observations and any changes in the resident's condition on eCase.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
