Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs.
  • Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
  • Care Planning: Overseeing the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
  • Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing clinical excellence. They will be able to effectively lead and manage a team, with expertise in medication administration and wound care.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
