In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive tenancy and property management services to tenants across our housing programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of leasing vacant properties quickly and effectively, ensuring timely completion of tenancy documentation in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate tenants on their rights and responsibilities to promote positive tenancy outcomes, maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, maintain records, and prepare required reports, responding promptly to tenant feedback, complaints, and appeals to support service improvement.
  • Represent the organization's interests in court or tribunal hearings as needed, contributing to developing strategies that connect tenants to additional support services.
Requirements for Success:
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable client groups is essential, along with strong experience with Microsoft Office products for reporting.
  • Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act and NCAT process is preferred, as well as ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a valid driving license.
