About the Program:

This internship is designed for top talent who want to make a real difference in the Livestock industry.

You will be based at our Warrnambool branch and work alongside experienced livestock employees and leaders.

The program includes four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-job training, and mentoring support.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills.

  • Livestock productivity and animal health and nutrition.
  • Stock and station agency skills, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, and wool technical requirements.
  • Emerging technology and innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this internship, you must have a strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry.

Excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities are essential.

Additionally, you should demonstrate:

  • A successful completion of Year 12.
  • Previous work experience in the Agricultural industry, preferably in Livestock.
  • Willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry.
