Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Structural Fabricator and Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing structural steel and equipment components in line with customer specifications.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based in Kalgoorlie, WA. The successful candidate will report to the Workshop Supervisor and work closely with other team members to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and repair structural steel and equipment components in line with customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret schematics and specifications accurately, source technical information through reference manuals, technical bulletins, and internal systems.
  • Manage and advise on appropriate tooling fit for service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Liaise with various site/local clients on their requirements in an effective manner.
Requirements
  • Australian recognised Boilermaker or Fabrication Trade Certificate (essential).
  • Heavy-Rigid Licence (essential).
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
  • Experience working on large mining machinery or heavy fabrication.
