Agricultural Property Valuation & Advisory Services

Our team consists of rural property specialists who have grown-up on rural and agribusiness holdings across Australia. They are well suited to tasks requiring tailored expertise and a specialist focus.

We provide researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types including large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, intensive livestock (piggeries, feedlots & poultry), post farm gate, aquaculture, water markets, renewable industries and carbon markets.

We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified expert to join our growing Queensland team.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • An Associate Member of the API and Queensland Valuers Registration with at least 3 to 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Valid Australian drivers' license.
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
