About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Southern Perth. As a Floating Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business operations, providing expert home styling advice, and leading by example to drive outstanding financial results.

This role will also see you working across different store locations within Perth to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any Management vacancies. You will be required to travel to different locations, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of business operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Provide expert home styling advice to customers and staff.
  • Lead by example to drive outstanding financial results.
  • Work across different store locations to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any Management vacancies.
  • Travel to different locations as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced/high-volume retail environment.
  • A passion for homewares and a vested interest in Bed Bath N' Table.
  • A drive to achieve store and individual sales budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High visual merchandising standards.
