About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled RPA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our RPA Practice, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Blue Prism RPA solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring high-quality and efficient automation processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored RPA solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Design and implement process improvements, identifying areas for automation and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all RPA solutions are properly documented and easily maintainable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our RPA solutions and services.
Requirements
  • Practical experience with Blue Prism RPA, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective automation solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software development and testing.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
