About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled RPA Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our RPA Practice, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Blue Prism RPA solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture and Design: Develop and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring they meet client requirements and are scalable.
  • Development and Deployment: Build, test, and deploy RPA solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to identify areas for automation, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Blue Prism RPA, including development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Process Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for automation, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and TDD.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, including finance, accounting, and human resources.
