Senior Event Manager

About the Role
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and successful delivery of all events and associated services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meeting quality standards.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of contractors and suppliers, fostering strong partnerships to achieve operational excellence.
  • Work with internal support services to ensure risk assessments are completed.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspiration and leadership to an enthusiastic operations team during planning and live event operations, ensuring seamless execution and rapid response to emerging challenges.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability throughout all event phases.
  • Participate in strategic direction and leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale event operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and deliver cost-effective outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
