About the Role

As the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving social impact while ensuring financial sustainability. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead the Shared Services team in delivering high-quality services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Shared Services team, including relevant managers.
  • Support the Group CEO in strategic development, including potential acquisitions or mergers.
  • Oversee monthly Shared Service reports for the Boards, Business Leaders, and Group CEO.
  • Prepare the annual budget for Into Work and oversee annual budgets for business entities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and legislative requirements.
  • Protect Group assets and financial integrity through effective controls, systems, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO of a similar-sized organization, reporting to a CEO, and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in Financial and Shared Services Management, with a proven track record in strategic and operational business planning and development.
  • Experience liaising with government departments and other relevant organizations.
  • Current CPA or CA credentials.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the VET, NDIS, DES, Apprenticeship system, AQTF, and State Training guidelines is desirable.
