About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Retail Optical Sales Associate to join our team in Southland. As a local eyecare specialist, you will be passionate about improving people's lives through authentic quality care. You will be responsible for delivering premium, localized service to our customers from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous retail experience ideally within the optical industry, but if not, you will be supported by an in-store trainer and ongoing resources.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be empathic with our customers.
- Passion for helping people.
