The role of an NDIS Quality Auditor is a vital position within our organization. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all services provided to clients are of the highest quality and meet the necessary standards.

  • Key aspects of this job include assessing NDIS providers against the relevant Practice Standards in an efficient and timely manner, while also providing support to the Certification Manager with technical operations related to audits.

As a successful candidate, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also have a high level of attention to detail, excellent literacy skills, and strong time management abilities.

Furthermore, experience working with management procedures and systems is highly desirable, as is a willingness to learn and grow within our organization. The ability to commute to designated locations is also essential for this role.
