Job Role: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team and implement robust quality assurance systems that meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, reviewing, and updating quality improvement plans, conducting incident and hazard analyses, and monitoring procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organisational Conflict of Interest Register, collaborating with management to develop corrective actions, and ensuring Abstract Supports remains compliant with legislation and the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission framework.

About this role:

  • This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity working closely with the management team.
  • You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on internal audits, leading preparation for our NDIS audit/s, and improving quality, risk, and compliance outcomes.

About You:

  • You must have prior experience in quality and compliance roles and possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A driver's licence and willingness to relocate are also essential requirements.
