Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Castle Hill RSL Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand and driving engagement across our multiple portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage distinct audience segments.
  • Manage diverse social media accounts and create engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Analyze data to refine marketing approaches and optimize campaign performance.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience with a strong emphasis on campaign development.
  • Proficiency in software including Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Canva, and social media management tools.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High-level emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to brief creative agencies on campaign assets and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Deep understanding of asset production requirements for effective communication across social media, digital, and print channels.
