About the OpportunityThis is a chance to make a meaningful impact by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service. As a Sales Specialist, you will help international visitors, visa holders, and new migrants choose the right OVHC, ensuring accurate and compliant advice and converting leads from multiple channels.
About You- A proven sales professional with experience in health insurance or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Australian visas (e.g. 482,485,600) and related health cover requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and experience working in contact centre environments
- Strong verbal and phone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals
- Able to meet and exceed sales and member-focused KPIs, with a focus on delivering outstanding results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and data entry
- Multilingual capability is highly desirable, but not required
