Drug & Alcohol Treatment Team Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to manage our Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services team.
The successful applicant will oversee a range of services, including assessment, counseling, non-residential withdrawal services, youth outreach, and supported accommodation.
This role requires managing a counselling case load and monitoring the effective running of the consortium in collaboration with SECADA Services.
The Team Manager will provide support to the Community Services Manager and other team leaders, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the service's needs.
The position demands strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multidisciplinary team providing Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services
- Oversee assessment, counseling, and non-residential withdrawal services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service effectiveness
- Monitor and maintain a counselling case load
- Collaborate with SECADA Services to ensure smooth operation of the consortium
Requirements:
