Mission-driven individuals are sought to spearhead SAP practices and propel business forward through strategic vision, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership.

Key responsibilities include managing teams of consultants and architects, overseeing project delivery, and cultivating high-quality solutions that align with client objectives. A vital role in expanding market presence and fostering innovation is expected.

This impactful position requires a leader who can establish and implement the strategic direction for the SAP practice, including service offerings and go-to-market strategies. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP products, architecture, and technologies are essential.


Practice Management
• Establish strategic direction for the SAP practice
• Manage and grow the SAP practice
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency

Project Delivery
• Lead complex SAP projects from conception to implementation
• Provide oversight and support to project teams
• Implement best practices in project management

Team Leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Foster a collaborative culture
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Client Engagement
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
• Identify opportunities for additional business engagements
• Facilitate workshops and presentations

Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Contribute to proposals and bids
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and SAP updates

Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting
• Proven leadership experience in managing SAP practices and teams
• Strong track record of successful SAP project delivery and client engagement
• Experience across multiple SAP modules, particularly S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other cloud solutions

Technical Skills
• In-depth knowledge of SAP products, architecture, and technologies
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Understanding of integration frameworks and cloud solutions

Soft Skills
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Strong business acumen and client-facing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
