Senior SAP Practice Manager

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to take charge of SAP Practice Management and drive strategic vision and operational excellence within our practice. As the successful candidate, you will lead a team of SAP consultants and architects, oversee project delivery, and ensure high-quality SAP solutions that align with client objectives.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects and engaging clients across multiple SAP modules, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement the strategic direction for the SAP practice.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
- Lead complex SAP projects from conception through implementation.
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAP team.
- Foster a collaborative culture encouraging continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP-related initiatives.
- Ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, SAP updates, and competitive landscape.
Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, leadership experience, strong project delivery and client engagement, expertise in multiple SAP modules.
