Our program is designed to equip graduates with the skills and expertise necessary to excel in a dynamic, agile environment. Through a combination of training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, participants will develop their analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bridge the gap between IT and business through analysis and decision-making support (Business Analyst)
  • Collaborate with clients to drive business outcomes through consulting services (Business Consulting)
  • Plan, manage, oversee, and lead projects to successful completion (Project Management)
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and future clients (Sales Professional)
  • Lay the groundwork for sales team success by providing pre-sales solutions (Sales Solution - Pre-Sales)
  • Coordinate service delivery for critical applications (Service Delivery Coordinator)
  • Develop, test, and implement applications for clients (Application Developer)
  • Protect clients from cyber threats (Cyber Security)
  • Design, install, and maintain network infrastructure for clients (Networking)
  • Design, develop, test, and evaluate software for clients (Software Engineering)
  • Design, integrate, and manage complex systems for clients (Systems Engineering)
  • Evaluate and improve applications and products for clients (Test Engineer)
  • Gain skills and experience across various areas of the insurance industry (Insurance Pathways)

To be eligible for our program, you should be:

  • An Australian citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • Have completed all course requirements for your degree no earlier than November 2023, and must be expecting to complete all course requirements for your degree no later than February 2026

Previous exposure to the technology or business sector, or experience as an ex-Defence personnel, would be advantageous for some roles.
