Embedded Systems Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to lead end-to-end testing of embedded software from early design stages to commercialization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Develop test plans and write automated and manual test cases to execute verification tests based on software requirements and specifications.
- Triage defects from opening to closure, logging reproduction steps and participating in impact analysis.
- Implement unit and system level tests, designing and developing software tools that aid development and manufacturing.
This role requires strong collaboration with the firmware development team to deliver high-quality products to customers.
Requirements:- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software test positions for embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, ARM CPUs, Embedded Linux, and familiarity with IDEs like MPLab, Segger Embedded Studio, and VS code.
- Experience with wireless networking test protocols, Git, Jira, and Agile with Scrum development processes.
