Senior Civil Design Position

The position of Senior Civil Designer involves working on projects that deliver solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects. This role is ideal for an experienced civil designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for local councils, main roads, or developers.

This position requires preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software. The successful candidate will work closely with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure.
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of state government, local government authorities and private sector clients.
  • Interfacing with associated disciplines and interacting with clients regarding project needs.
About You
  • Demonstrated senior civil designer experience in land, urban and subdivisions.
  • Relevant qualifications (graduate diploma in civil engineering or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
