About the Role

As a valued member of our Service and Administration Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service with administration tasks and be able to start immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand new Service Centre Location.

Our team will relocate from Muswellbrook to this location soon.

  1. Face-to-face customer service
  2. Ensure customers have the best possible experience within the branch
  3. Provide support to the manager and assist with daily operations
  4. Communicate effectively with customers about delivery lead times
  5. Conduct repair inspections on vehicles
  6. Explore customer needs and educate them on our services
  7. Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required
  8. Schedule repair bookings
  9. Source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries
About You

Professional communication and presentation skills are essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

A current driver's license is necessary.

Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers is crucial.

Assist the Branch Manager with administrative tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills are essential.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
