headspace Mackay is seeking a full-time Clinical Receptionist to join their team in Mackay and provide professional administration services to support effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide reception and administration support to clinical staff.
- Welcome young people to the centre and ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with teams across Mackay, Sarina, and the Whitsundays to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- A current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence; and the right to live and work in Australia.
- Working toward suitable qualifications in Business, Administration, Youth Work or similar.
- Salary sacrificing options up to $15,900.
- 5 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading.
- Recognition of Service ($500 after 2 years of service).
